Digitization is revolutionizing our society, transforming human existence, business models and relations between authorities and citizens. At the European level, data show that citizens across different EU Member States and companies not only have a different level of computer knowledge and, more generally, a different awareness of the advent of the digital age, but also make use of digital services with different intensity and approaches.
