The study “Addressing the challenges of the digital transition in national Recovery and Resilience Plans” was conducted by the Institute for Competitiveness (I-Com) for the European Parliament’s Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON).
The research examines the state of implementation of Member States’ Recovery and Resilience Plans with regard to investment in digital, analyzing their distribution of resources, highlighting possible trajectories for improvement and providing policy insights. The paper covers five main areas of digital transition: connectivity, digitization of public administration, Artificial Intelligence and Industry 4.0, cybersecurity, and digital skills.
