[tp lang=”it” not_in=”en”]Il 28 novembre si è svolta la conferenza pubblica “New Mobility”, organizzata dall’Istituto per la competitività, presso il Parlamento europeo.
Durante questo evento, I-Com ha presentato uno studio che dedica particolare attenzione a temi come le connected cars, l’IoT, il 5G, self-driving vehicles e le sinergie industriali a cavallo tra i settori dell’energia e della mobilità, prima di passare ad una discussione sui carburanti alternativi. La conferenza pubblica, che rispecchia la struttura dello studio, era composta da due panel. Il primo panel “Connected Cars & 5G” si è concentrato su come i nuovi sviluppi ICT modelleranno il futuro della mobilità. Nel secondo panel, con il titolo di “Energy and Sustainability in the Transport Sector”, la discussione si è spostata sui combustibili alternativi, l’elettrico, sul ruolo del gas naturale e sulla ricerca e sviluppo per raggiungere una mobilità sostenibile.

I-Com presentation
I-Com study[/tp][tp lang=”en” not_in=”it”]The Public Conference “New Mobility” organized by the Institute for Competitiveness, took place on Wednesday 28th November, at the European.
During this event, I-Com presented a study devoting particular attention to topics such as connected cars, the IoT, the 5G, self-driving vehicles and the industrial synergies between the energy and the mobility sectors, before turning to a discussion on alternative fuels. The public conference, mirroring the structure of the paper, was composed of two different panels. The first panel “Connected Cars & 5G” focused on how new ICT developments will shape the future of mobility. The second panel, with the title of “Energy and Sustainability in the Transport Sector” moved the discussion to alternative fuels, energy, the role of natural gas and R&D in achieving sustainable mobility.

Alessandro Bartelloni FuelsEurope – Policy Director Alessandro joined FuelsEurope in September 2011, and is responsible for its advocacy activities. He is based at the FuelsEurope office in Brussels. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pisa, he joined ENI in 1986, gaining an extensive international experience in many fields of the Refining & Marketing sector of the oil industry. He has been refinery technologist in Italy (Livorno) and in Germany (Ingolstadt), then Project & Investment Planner in the ENI Headquarters in Rome. Thereafter he held the position of Operating and Planning Director in the Czech Refining Company (Czech Republic). In 2000 he relocated to the USA, as CEO of American Agip, an affiliate of ENI engaged in trading of oil products and marketing of lubricants. He then covered the position of CEO in Agip Deutschland, the German commercial affiliate of ENI R&M, with activities in retail (petrol stations), wholesale and refining (as shareholder in the JV refineries of Schwedt and Vohburg/Neustadt). He then went back to ENI in Italy, first as Retail Business Development and M&A Head for Europe, and then as Chief Technical Executive in the Livorno Refinery.[/tp]

Anne-Lise Thieblemont is Senior Director of Global Technology Policy for Government Affairs at Qualcomm. She oversees Qualcomm’s global technology policy and government relations, focusing in particular on automotive and security. In this role, she is responsible for innovation, technology, spectrum, regulatory, standardization, and security policies in new industry verticals such as automotive, IoT, security, at the intersection between public policy, business strategy, and wireless ecosystems.
Anne-Lise interfaces with Government economic, trade and investment agencies and Qualcomm business activities such as the Organization for Economic Co-Operation & Development (OECD). Anne-Lise has an influential role in global government and industry organizations, such as the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT), as well as the 5G Automotive Association (5GAA).
Anne-Lise holds an engineering degree from Telecom ParisTech in France, with a focus on networks and signal and image processing in new digital media as well as on telecommunications economics. She also holds a Master of Science in Fundamental Physics from the Paris XI University. [/tp]
